What are Psilocybe Mushrooms?

The Psilocybe genus is compromised of over 200 species of fungi which “fruit” mushrooms that contain psychoactive compounds. Although all belong to the same genus, each of these species have their own unique visual characteristic and contain varied levels of psychoactive compounds.
